国产药物洗脱支架的临床应用

The clinical application of Firebird^(TM) drug eluting stent in patients with coronary artery disease

目的 评价临床应用国产药物洗脱支架的安全性和有效性。方法 2 0 0 3年3月至2 0 0 4年3月6 1例冠心病患者,予以置入FirebirdTM 支架治疗,并对这些患者进行随访至少6个月,6个月后复查冠脉造影。结果 6 1例患者共置入FirebirdTM 支架78枚,手术即刻成功率1 0 0 %。所有患者完成6个月随访,重要心脏不良事件和靶病变血管重建术均为0。4 9例患者6个月后复查造影,1例患者出现再狭窄,再狭窄率为2 .0 %。结论 FirebirdTM 支架能有效预防冠脉支架术后再狭窄,并具有很高的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Firebird TM stent in clinical application. Methods From May 2003 to May 2004,61 patients were treated with Firebird TM stents. Followed up of the patients lasted for at least 6 months. Results Sixty one patients received 78 Firebird TM stents placement, the immediate procedure success rate was 100%.All the patients were successfully followded up with no complication of major attack of cardiac event and target lesion revascularization. Forty nine patients received follow-up angiography after 6 months of interventional procedure with only 1 patient suffering segmental restenosis (2.0%). Conclusions Firebird TM stent implantation in CAD patients is safe and effective.
