摘要
目的观察神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF)防治爆震性聋的临床效果。方法参加实弹演习的炮手125例,分防治组48例(射击前2周至射击后2周肌肉注射NGF)、治疗组43例(射击后1~14d肌肉注射NGF)和对照组34例(不注射NGF)。测定射击前,射击后1,7和14d纯音听阈。结果爆震后1d:防治组仅1例(2.1%)出现听阈提高(为轻度聋),治疗组有3例听阈提高(7.0%,其中2例轻度聋,1例为中度聋),对照组有6例听阈提高(17.6%,并有重度听力异常);爆震后7d:防治组1例及治疗组中2例轻度听力异常者听力均恢复正常,治疗组中1例中度者转为轻度;14d后:治疗组听力全部恢复正常,而对照组中无听力好转者。结论神经生长因子对防治爆震性聋有积极作用。
Objective To study the clinical effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on blast exposure hearing damage. Methods 125 soldiers were randomized into three groups: the prevention and cure group (48 cases, NGF were muscle injected 14 d before and after exposure); the cure group (43 cases, NGF were muscle injected 1 day to 14 after exposure); the control group (34 cases, with no drug). The pure-tone audiometry (PTA) were carried out before exposure and 1, 7,14 d after exposure. Results The PTA shows that 1d after exposure: 1 case had slight hearing damage in the prevention and cure group, 3 cases had hearing damage (2 cases were slight, 1 case was moderate) in the cure group, 6 cases had hearing damage ( had severe hearing damage) in the control group; 7d after exposure: the slight hearing damage in the prevention and cure group and in cure group were recovery, the moderate hearing damage in cure group was conversion to slight,~14 d after exposure recovery, the hearing damage did not recover in the control group. The difference was significant.Conclusions NGF can protect cochlear damage aginst blast exposure.
