陶行知的教育思想博大精深,其师范教育的核心就是建立和实施"活的师范教育"。当前中国的基础教育课程改革正在进行,师范教育必然对此作出反应,陶行知关于师范教育的地位作用、培养目标、办学方向、教学内容和方法等方面的思想和观点,至今对中国的师范教育改革和发展以至对中国的基础教育改革仍具有重要现实指导意义。

The educational thought of Tao Xingzhi is extensive and profound.The key thought of normal education is to set up and implement 'the normal education alive'.Basic education course reform of our country is going on at present and normal education must make a response to it.His opinions and thought about the status of normal education,training objective,the direction of running schools,the contents and method of courses still have had important,realistic and directive significance to normal educational reform and development,even to basic educational reform so far.
