Based on the actual domestic development,this thesis discusses the realistic significance of leading behavior from the aspects of social development,market economy perfection,and the Party's governing ability reinforcement.It expores the main functions of the leading behavior which include the organizational target instruction,job assignment, team cooperation,effective motivation and the environmental change adaptation.It employs the systematic analysis method to mainly study the leader's decision behavior,human resources employing behavior,organization and instruction behavior,motivation behavior,communication behavior and selfimprovement behavior.
