摘要
目的了解临床护士对乙型肝炎疾病知识的认知现状,分析原因,确定对策。方法采用自行设计问卷的方法,对150名非感染专科临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士对乙型肝炎疾病知识的认知状况不理想,重点体现在对乙型肝炎的防护知识方面;认知程度和是否在感染科工作过有关。结论临床护士对乙型肝炎疾病的防护意识需增强;可通过科间轮转等方式提高对乙型肝炎疾病知识的认知水平。
Objective To investigate the present cognition of clinical nurses about hepatitis B,analyze causes and take appropriate countermeasures.Methods 150 uninfected special clinical nurses were inquired by means of self-designed questionnaire.Results The cognition state of these nurses about hepatitis B was unsatisfactory,especially in the aspects of protective knowledge of hepatitis B.The degree of cognition was related to whether she was working in the Department of Infectious Disease.Conclusion Awareness of clinical nurses about the prevention of hepatitis B needs to be heightened and the level of cognition about hepatitis B can be raised by department rotation.
