临床护理带教老师培训现状与需求的调查研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查护理带教老师培训现状与需求,为进一步开展针对性、系统性的培训提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,对县级以上综合性医院88名护理带教老师进行问卷调查。结果护理带教老师现已具备的专业知识和能力均分高于人文社会学知识和能力均分,与已接受的培训时数相一致,与护理带教老师对培训的需求程度均分也呈一致关系;护理带教老师认为对各条目的培训时数以11~14h为宜。结论护理带教老师的专业知识和能力培训得到较高重视,人文社会学课程培训有必要加强;培训工作需要持续地、有针对性和系统性地进行;护理带教老师自身的人文意识需要加强,综合素质需要进一步提高。
