摘要
分析了燕麦目前的发展情况,提出了在退耕还林的情况下,在退耕还林草的土地上扩大燕麦种植是种植业结构调整重要措施之一,并较全面介绍了燕麦的栽培技术。
Current development of oat was analyzed.Suggestion of enlarge culture oat was put forward under the situation of converting the land for forestry(grass).It is one of the important measures for plant industry construction adjust,and oat culture technique was introduced completely.
