摘要
将白口铸铁等温淬火获得奥贝白口铸铁,研究了化学成分和热处理工艺对其组织和性能的影响。比较了铸态及不同温度等淬的白口铸铁,高锰钢和高铬铸铁的抗磨性能。奥贝白口铸铁兼有较高的硬度和韧性,是一种较好的抗磨新材料。
The effects of chemical composition and heat treatment of austenitic-bainitic white cast iron obtained by austempering on microstructure and mechnical properties have been studied. The wear-resisting property of white cast iron austempered at different temperature was compared with as-cast white cast iron, high manganese steel and highchromium cast iron. The austenitic-bainitic white cast iron has higher hardness and toughness, it is said to be a new wear-resistance material.
