摘要
目前H.264中的多种码率控制算法的码率预测模型都是建立在中高码率的情况下,不适用于较低码率情况。本文针对这个问题,提出了一种新型码率控制策略。该策略通过计算分析输出码率与实际的编码数据的关系,建立了一个码率预测模型,通过该模型来控制输出码率。实验结果证明了这种码率控制策略的有效性。
Currently, all the rate control schemes in H.264 are built on medium and high bit rate conditions, which are not suitable for working on low bit rate conditions. To solve this problem, we propose a new rate control scheme .In this scheme , we build a rate estimation model by analyzing the actual bit rate and some parameter. With this model, we can control the bit rate. The simulation shows that this scheme is very effective.
