Expert System for Analysing Castings Defects of Ductile Iron

使用ＴｕｒｂｏＰｒｏｌｏｇ语言，开发的专家系统包括一般咨询、缺陷识别、缺陷产生原因分析及改进措施等主要内容。可对表面缺陷、孔洞类缺陷和组织类缺陷等三大类２０余种缺陷进行识别和分析。其主要特点是，建立了一个专家系统开发工具有良好的人—机界面环境，可方便地对系统知识库进行扩充和完善。该系统中还建立了国内、外球墨铸铁生产数据库和标准数据库，具有查询、修改和数据输入、输出等功能。

An expert system covering: general diagnosis and consultation, identification, causeanalysis and preventing of casting defects for ductile iron has been developed using Turbo Prolog programming language, by which over twenty kinds of castings defects classifted by three main categories, such as surface defects, cavities and structural defects can be distinguished and analyzed. The typical characteristics of the system involves that an user friendly interface and its environment are provided, and an expert system development tool has been established, by which the knowledge base in the system can be easily expanded or improved. Furthermore, a standard database and a factory production information database for ductile iron at home and abroad were also developed, with the function of searching, revising, data input and output.
