摘要
内部控制在企业管理活动中具有十分重要的地位,尤其在EDP系统下对企业内部控制系统进行评价有助于进一步加强内部控制。对实行EDP前后内部控制系统的差异进行了分析,还对企业以业务流程为主线的内控系统的可行性进行了分析。
Internal Control (IC) plays an important role in enterprise management. Under the EDP system, evaluation of enterprise Internal Control System (ICS) is helpful for strengthening its IC. The differences of ICS between the EDP system and the non-EDP system are analyzed. The feasibility of transaction cycle-based ICS is discussed.
