摘要
定义了非正规就业从本质上是属于正常就业的一种,弹性就业和阶段性就业等是非正规就业的具体表现形式;分析了非正规就业是我国未来就业增长的主渠道;认为政府应该消除相关歧视性政策、采取与正规就业不同的管理方式正确对待非正规就业问题。
Informal employment is essentially one type of normal employments. Elastic employment and periodical employment are the concrete forms of informal employment. It is pointed out that informal employment will be a main way of employment increasement in China. It is suggested that government eliminate discrimination policies and adopt measures different from formal employment to deal with informal employment.
