摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,企业要形成核心竞争力、保持可持续发展,就必须实行职业生涯管理。在对知识经济背景下企业职业生涯管理的内涵、特点进行分析的基础上,探讨了企业职业生涯管理的策略。
In knowledge-based economy, enterprises are supposed to carry out career cultivation management to form the core competitiveness and to maintain sustainable development. The connotation and features of enterprise career cultivation management in knowledge-based economy are analyzed. Strategies of career cultivation management are discussed.
