摘要
降低含碳量可明显提高碳钢电磁性能(如导磁率),但这势必降低铸造性能,为解决该矛盾,进行了RE-Ca变质处理的试验研究。结果表明,经RE-Ca变质处理后,可有效细化钢的组织,改善夹杂物形态、大小和分布,从而提高钢的力学性能。同时,使钢既有满意的电磁性能,又使其铸造性能得到改善。
Any decrease in carbon content results in a increase of the electromagnetic properties and a deterioration of the castig properties, for this purpose, the experiment on the complex modification of magnet steel by RE--Ca alloy has been under way. The results revealed that, after modification. the structure of cast steel is refined and the morphology. size and distribution of the inclusions arc improved , thus increasing the mechanical properties, the satisfactory electromagnetic properties and casting properties can be achieved.
