啤酒糖化过程微机监控系统研究

摘要 针对啤酒糖化过程中的关键控制对象在其过程中的被控特性,本文设计了啤酒发酵过程工控机与可编程控制器相结合的分布式IPC-PLCDCS微机监控系统,引入模糊预测控制算法来改进无辨识自适应算法,解决了带有时滞、不确定性、大惯性工业过程的控制问题。系统实际运行效果表明该系统算法适应性和灵活性强,控制效果理想。 <Abstrcat>Aiming at the characteristic of controlled object in process of beer saccharification , The automatic monitoring system IPC-PLC DCS is designed and the method that improves the unidentifiable adaptive arithmetic by adopting the fuzzy forecast control arithmetic in the process control of beer saccharification is presented in this paper. This system also solves the control problems of industrial process with time lag, uncertainty, strong inertia. Furthermore, The physical running effect of system shows that the algorithm's adaptability and flexibility and effect are satisfactory.
