摘要
目的对恶性肿瘤患者深部真菌感染的主要病原菌进行分子生物学水平研究,以探讨该种感染在发生发展过程中病原菌的变化及其与发病的关系。方法用随机扩增多态性DNA分析技术对恶性肿瘤患者深部真菌感染的主要病原菌基因进行分析。结果两条随机引物扩增的患者组和对照组白色念珠菌菌株之间条带的数量和片段大小存在差异,即使带型完全一致的菌株,有些片段的EB显色强度也有区别,但尚无统计学意义。结论恶性肿瘤患者深部真菌感染白色念珠菌的基因在疾病的发生、发展过程中基本稳定。
Objective To investigate the changes and pathogenicity of the main pathogen of deep fungus infection in patients with maligant tumor in molecular biology. Methods The genes of the main pathogen were analyzed by using Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA technique.Results The randomly amplified numbers of bands and the length of fragments of two-group strains were different. Even if the bands were identical, the fluorescence intensity was different. However, the diversity of genes of two-group strains had no statistical significance by χ2-test.Conclusion The genes of Candida albicans of clinic strains are stable in pathopoiesis procedure.
