摘要 应用数值计算方法,对板类和套类压铸件充型过程中型腔内金属液流动进行了计算机模拟。在Navier-Stokes方程基础上,通过速度分布函数并考虑流动状态及壁厚等三维因素的影响,结合中心及上风差分格式,将改进的SimplifiedMarkerandCell(SMAC)技术用于模拟计算,取得良好效果。还以水力充型试验对上述模拟结果进行验证,两者之间取得了良好的一致性。 The computer simulation of liquid metal flow during filling of plate and cylindrical sleeve diecasting has been carried out using numerical calculation method. Based on the Navier-Stokes equation. the effects of velocity profile and three dimensional factor of wall-thickness were considered through velocity distribution function.Using both central and up-wind difference scheme, the improved SMAC (Simplified Marker and Cell)technique was applied to numerical simulation of liquid metal flow and .the good agreement was obtained between the computer simulation and the real hydraulic simulation.
