摘要 目的研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)中的表达;探讨一氧化氮(NO)在脑AVM发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化的方法对36例脑AVM及其周围脑组织,8例正常脑血管及脑组织中的VEGF、iNOS的表达进行检测,并采用医学图像分析系统对其进行图像分析。结果①在脑AVM及其周围脑组织标本中VEGF、iNOS均呈阳性表达,与其在正常脑血管标本及脑组织中的低表达相比相差显著(P<0.01)。②VEGF和iNOS在脑AVM中表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论NO在VEGF介导的血管生成中起作用,iNOS可能和VEGF一起参与了AVM的发生、发展。 Objectives To study the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM), and to explore their effects on pathogenesis and development of cerebral AVM. Methods The expressions of iNOS and VEGF in 36 samples of cerebral AVMs and brain tissue adjacent to them and 8 sample of normal cerebral vessels and brain tissue surrounding them were detedrmined by immunohistochemical technique, and were analysed by automatic image-analysis system. Results ①The positive iNOS and VEGF were detected in 36 samples of cerebral AVMs. The expressions of iNOS and VEGF in the AVMs and brain tissue adjacent to them were significantly different from those in the normal cerebral vessels and brain tissue surrounding them (P<0.01).②The expression of VEGF was positively related with that of iNOS. Conclusions Nitric oxide (NO) may play a role in VEGF-modulated the angiogenesis of the cerebral AVM. VEGF and iNOS may take part in the pathogenesis and development of the cerebral AVM.[
