摘要
通过对树脂膜的理化分析和对树脂砂性能试验,探讨了聚丙烯酸钠树脂砂CO2硬化机理。综合分析表明,聚丙烯酸钠树脂砂吹CO2硬化是以化学硬化为主,兼有物理脱水硬化,钙离子参与了树脂的交联团化反应。
Based on physicochemical test of resin film and analysis of resin sand properties, the CO2 gas-hardened mechanism of PANa resin sand was discussed. The comprehensive analysis indicated that the physical dehydration hardening is subordinate to the chemical hardening for PANa resin sand, and Ca-ion is party to hardened cross-linking reaction of the resin.
