花青素对近视青少年视疲劳症状及视力的影响 被引量:41

摘要 目的探讨花青素对近视青少年视疲劳症状及视力的影响。方法326名近视青少年,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以口服花青素每日200mg,对照组则每日口服淀粉200mg。一个月后观察眼部症状、视力及眼屈光度的变化,资料进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比较,花青素治疗组眼部症状改善明显,分别为视物模糊改善77.2%,眼球发胀84.9%,眼痛93.1%,畏光50.6%,眼干涩87.3%,眼球酸累感81.9%(P<0.05);轻度近视及早期近视眼远视力平均提高2~3行(对数视力表)(P<0.05);但对眼球屈光度的影响无显著性(P>0.05)。结论花青素能有效改善视疲劳症状,改善早期近视和轻度近视的远视力。 Objective To assess the effect of vaccinium myrtillus anthocyanosides(VMA) on asthenopia and visual acuity(VA) in young myopes.Methods 326 young cases of myopia were divided into two groups at random.VMA (200 mg per day) was taken orally for myopes in group one.As a control,group two was given excipient (amylum).The test was carried on in double-blind for one month.The data of VA,diopter and signs of asthenopia was assessed and analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the control,the signs of asthenopia in group one such as blurred vision,bloated eyeball,ophthalmalgia,photophobia,xerotic eye and eyestrain were alleviated apparently with the rate 77.2%,84.9%,93.1%,50.6%,87.3%,81.9% respectively (P<0.05).VA by logarithmic chart increased 2~3 lines on an average (P<0.05) in light myopia and earlier stage of myopia with no apparent difference in diopter (P>0.05).Conclusions VMA can alleviate effectively the signs of asthenopia and improve VA of light myopia.
