手术加放射治疗色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎15例报道

Surgery plus radiotherapy in the treatment of pigmented villonodular synovitis-- report of 15 cases

目的：探讨手术加放射治疗色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的价值。方法： 1989年 7月～ 1999年 1月采用手术加放射治疗绒毛结节性滑膜炎 15例。 13例首次术后放疗， 2例因术后复发分别于第 2、第 4次术后放疗，平均剂量为 25Gy。结果： 12例完全或基本恢复正常关节功能， 2例轻度功能障碍， 1例膝关节病变治疗失败。结论：色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎术后辅以放疗可降低术后复发率，维持关节功能。

Objective To evaluate the value of surgery plus radio therapy for pigmented villonodular synovitis(PVS).Methods From July 1989 to January 1999 among15PVS patients treated by surgery plus radiotherapy,13 cases after first surgery,2 cases after second,fourth resection because of recurrence were given radiotherapy at an everage dose of 25Gy.Results Recovery of joint function was observed in 12 patients,Minor functional deficits in 2 cases and failure in 1 case with knee joint lesson.Conclusion Surgical synovectomy plus radiotherapy for PVS can reduce recurrence and keep joint function.
