高强韧奥氏体-贝氏体可锻铸铁的研制及应用

摘要 介绍了奥氏体-贝氏体可锻铸铁的研制试验过程,使该材料的性能稳定在σb=850~1200MPa、σ=2~6%;将该材料应用于东风-12JY手扶运输车齿轮及转向轴上表明,该材料对原材料无特殊要求,熔炼及炉前处理工艺简单、材质性能稳定、综合力学性能较高。 The trial process of the austenitic-bainitic austempered malleable cast iron has been presented. The tensile strength of about 850 ̄1200N/mm2 and the elongation of about 2 ̄6% were achieved with the austempered malleable iron, application of which to gear and steering shaft of Dongfeng 12JY working tractor demonstracted that there are no special requirements for raw materials, simple melting practice and treatment of moltenmetal and better combination of mechanical properties.
