摘要
针对两种在热循环工况条件下工作的铸铁材质,试验、探索了表面处理(硅、铬共渗、氮化钛PCVD、化学镀镍)对其热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,这些表面处理能不同程度地改善铸铁的热疲劳性能,其中尤以氮化钛PCVD最有效,化学镀镍次之,硅、铬共渗较差。
Tests have been conducted concerning the effect of SurfaCe treatment on the thermal fatique properties of two cast irons operated under thermal cycle condition. Results indicated that surface treatment can improve the thermal fatique properties of iron castings in a certain degree, especially plasma assisted chemical vapour deposition of TiN is the most effective, followed the chemical plating of Ni, and the chemical diffusion of Si+Cr is the worst.
