多中心评价国产芦氟沙星治疗急性细菌性感染安全性和有效性

Multicentre Evaluation Efficacy and Safety of Domestic Rufloxacin Treatment in Acute Bacterial Infections

本试验采用国产芦氟沙星与洛美沙星随机对照治疗急性细菌性感染,多中心评价其安全性和有效性。芦氟沙星首剂每日400mg,以后每天200mg(一次)治疗108例,痊愈率和有效率分别为78.70％和93.52％;洛美沙星300mg,每日2次,痊愈率和有效率分别为74.55％和92.73％。不同细菌的有效率分别为92.55％和94.90％,两组细菌的清除率分别为95.74％和94.90％,药物不良反应发生率分别为13.89％和12.73％。以上统计结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05),研究结果提示芦氟沙星是一种安全有效,使用方便的抗感染药物。

This is multicentre evaluation efficacy and safety of domestic rufloxacin treatment in acute bacterial infections. In this study 218 patients were randomized to receive either dometic rufloxacin loading dose 400mg follow 200mg once daily for 7-10days or lomefloxacin 300mg twice daily. 108 patients received rufloxacin and 110 patients received lomefloxacin.The cure rates in rufloxacin and lomefloxacin were 78.70% and 74.55% respectively, the efficacy rates were 93.52% and 92.73% in two groups.Bacterial eradication rates of two groups were 95.74% and 94.90% respectively.The side- effect rates in two groups were 13.89% and 12.73% respectivety.There were no significant statistical difference between two groups, It was concluded that domestic rufloxaun is efficacy and well tolerated.
