依巴斯汀是一种强有力的、选择性的、作用持续时间长的第二代H_1受体拮抗剂,主要用于治疗季节性及常年性过敏性鼻炎、支气管哮喘、荨麻疹、结膜炎等过敏性疾病。本文主要综述依巴斯汀的药理作用、药代动力学、临床应用及治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床评价,指出该药用于过敏性鼻炎使病人的主观症状得到明显改善,且病人的耐受性良好,无镇静作用,不良反应发生率低,是有一定前途的药物。

Ebastine is a new antiallegic dnig uhich is one of the 2nd generation of H1 - receptor antagonists, indicated for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinits, asthma, urticaria, conjunctivitis and a number of allergic conditions. It is potent, well tolerated and has no sedative side effects. It has been available in several European countries and in Japan, Korea and Pakistan since 1990.
