摘要
1997年11月美国心肺血研究所(NHLBI)发表了关于预防、检测、评估与治疗高血压全国委员会的第六次报告(JNC Ⅵ),这是继上一次报告(JNC V)发表5年后,综合最新的研究结果修订而成的。同世界卫生组织/国际高血压学会(WHO/ISH)1996年所发表的高血压方面的指导原则一样,这一最新权威性文献不但对美国,而且也对包括我国在内的世界其他国家的高血压防治和治疗指南的制订具有重要的参考价值。
The Sixth Report of the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC Ⅵ) issued by American National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute is an updated version of JNC V issued in 1992. Together with the WHO/ISH guideline, JNC Ⅵ will be of great importance to the revision of Chinese guideline on the prevention and treatment of hypertension which was formulated 20 years ago. Note worthily, a number of large clinical trials conducted during the past 30 years in China have generated rich experience in this field, which have formed a solid ground for the update of Chinese guideline.
