500例住院患者的营养调查分析

The Nutritional investigation of 500 Hospitalized patients

目的以我院情况为抽样代表，了解我国医院住院病人的营养状况。方法采用询问法，对患者膳食史进行回顾性调查，并进行体格检查和部分生化项目测定。结果发现轻、中度和重度营养不良占48％以上，血红蛋白测定结果可看出低于正常值者占60％。结论我院住院患者中半数以上者处于营养不良状态，初步看出营养不良的表现以比较严重的肌蛋白消耗和铁的储备不足为主。

In western countries, up to half of hospitalized petients in wellequipped medical centere have various degrees of malnutrition. In the present study, we intended to investigate the nutritional status of 500 patients admitted in our hospital from 1990 to 1992,as there has been no data published in this respect. We investigated the diet of the patients,and carried on physical examination and some biochemical assays. More than 48% of the patients were suffered from malnutrition (mild .moderate and severe) and 44. 8% with a hypofferric anemia. Our data indicates that about a half of the paients have malnutrition, being similar to those of western countries . Our data also demonstrates that the malnutrition in this series is characterized by severe consumption of the skeletal muscles and bypoferric anemia. Therfore, it is currently urgent to improve the nutrition service for the hospitalized patients.
