L-精氨酸和(或)维生素E对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的防治研究

摘要 用含L-精氨酸35g/kg和(或)维生素E74mp/kg的高脂饲料喂养成年新西兰家兔12周。观察L-精氨酸(L-Arg)和(或)VE在实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成中减轻脂质过氧化损伤,调节前列腺素、内皮素及一氧化氮代谢的作用。结果表明:AS组家兔血浆前列腺素F1a(6-Keto-PGF1a)、一氧化氮(NO)水平下降,而血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)、血浆血栓素(TXB1a)及内皮素(ET)水平上升。补充L-Arg、VE及L-Arg+VE可明显降低家兔血清LPO、血浆TXB2、及TXb2/6-Keto-PGF1a浓度明显升高。实验提示L-Arg和(或)VE具有防治动脉粥样硬化的作用。 To determine prevetive and curative effect of arginine and /or vitamin E on experimtal atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods the concentratin of 6-keto-prostag-landin- F1a (6-keto-PGF1a). thromboxane B2 (TXB2), as well as the the ratio of TXB2 to 6-keto-PGF1a, endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) were investigated in experimental atherosderosis New Zealand white rabbits fed high-fat diets (HFD) drinking water containing L-Arg (35g/kg) and/or VE (74mg/kg) for 12 weeks. Results Plasma levels of 6-keto-PGF1a. and NO of rabbits fed with HFD was decreased, While Lipid Peroxides (LPO).TXB2.ET and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a . ratio were increased. The production of LPO.TXB2.ET and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a was reduced sighficantly in rabbits maintained on L-Arg and/or VE supplemental diets, meanwhile 6-keto-PGF1a . level togther with activity of plasma glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were inceased sighificantly. Conclusion This study indicated that L-Arg and/or VE supplementation might the preventive and curative effects on atharosclerotic rabbits.
