摘要
介绍了A67型温芯盒树脂和LB型固化剂的性能。采用这种树脂和固化剂体系生产砂芯,其芯盒温度可较传统的热芯盒法低50~100℃,且砂芯的强度和其它工艺性能均优于热芯盒砂芯。试验表明,利用这种温芯盒工艺完全可以取代能耗高,工作环境恶劣的热芯盒工艺。
The properties of the A67 warm-box resin and the LB hardener are presented,the strength and other technological properties of sand cores produced using this resin and hardener are superior to that of the traditional hot-box process.Experiment reveales that the warm-box process can completely replace the hot-box process which has high energy consumption and poor operation conditions.The process is successfully applicable to various castings.
