摘要
研究了三种不同原始基体含铬量的高铬铸法在950℃和800℃的氧化行为,分析了氧化物的类型、形貌及亚表层成分.结果表明:在高格铸铁中原始基体含铬量决定了氧化过程中所形成氧化物类型.因而也决定了合金总体抗氧化性能.基体合铬在15%左右的高铬铸铁具有最优的抗氧化性能.
The oxidation behaviors of high Cr Cast iron samples which have three levels of original Cr Content in matrix have been studied at 800℃ and 950℃. Type and morphology of oxide film and microstructure of subsurface have been analysed. The original Cr content in high Cr cast iron dicides the type of oxide film, and also dicides resistance to total oxidation of alloy. The high Cr cast irons containing about 15%Cr have good resistance to oxidation.
