大鼠大脑皮质损伤后神经毡与少突胶质细胞反应的年龄性差异

摘要 针刺不同年龄大鼠大脑皮质后,于不同时间点观察神经毡及少突胶质细胞的反应。光镜与电镜下均发现,三个年龄组在针刺后早期都有神经毡的水肿,晚期逐渐恢复,但水肿的出现和消退均以幼年大鼠最早、最显著,同时伴有明显的成髓现象,少突胶质细胞肥大、核仁增大、细胞器和游离核糖体增多等。此外,变性区内仍保持结构正常的突触多见于成年及老年大鼠。上述结果表明,幼年大鼠神经组织对针刺损伤反应较敏感,其恢复速度却较快,而较老动物的胞突间连接比幼年者稳定。 fter aeupuncturing the cerebral cortex of different age rats,the reaction of neuropil and oligoden-drocyte at different time was observed,under the light and electron microscope,it was found that theoedema of neuropil appeared early after acupuncture in three groups(young,adult and old rats)anddisappeared later gradully,with the earliest and most obvious in the young rats with the clear myelina-tion,oligodendrocyte hypertropy,the enlargement of nucleulous volume.In addition,it was more oftenobserved that there was still normal synapse structure in the area of degeneration in adult and old rats.The results indicates that the reaction of nerve tissue to injury is more sensitive and the repair is morerapid in young rats.The connection between the cell processes,however,is more stable in the old rats.
