内毒素对急性出血坏死性胰腺炎早期细菌易位的影响及甘遂治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:17

THE EFFECTS OF ENDOTOXIN AND KANSUI ON THE BACTERIA AND ENDOTOXIN TRANSLOCATION IN THE EARLY STAGE OF ACUTE HEMORRHAGIC NECROTIC PANCREATITIS IN RAT

摘要 本文报告以大白鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)模型为实验对象,研究内毒素预处理对AHNP早期细菌、内毒素易位的影响,并进一步探索在内毒素血症状态下甘遂对AHNP引起的细菌、内毒素易位的治疗作用。实验分三组:①AHNP对照组;②AHNP内毒素预处理组;③AHNP内毒素预处理加甘遂治疗组。结果显示①内毒素能明显增加AHNP时细菌、内毒素易位;②甘遂不仅能够显著减少肠腔游离细菌总数、降低肠腔内毒素池,而且可以吸收腹腔(或血液)中的内毒素自肠道排出,从而发挥其阻碍AHNP时细菌、内毒素易位的作用。内毒素对机体免疫功能有害,甘遂则无不良影响。 A rat model of acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis (AHNP)was used to study of the effct of endotoxin pretretment on bacteria and endotoxin translocation in the early stage of AHNP, and for the therapeutic effect of kansui (A Chinese drug, commonly called ganswi) on bacteria and endotoxin translocation in early stage of AHNP with endotoxemia. Rats were divided into three groups; (1) control group of AHNP (2) group of endotoxin pretreatment of AHNP; (3)group of endotoxin pretreatment and Kansui treatment of AHNP. The results showed that endotoxin can induce bacferia and endotoxin translocation in the early stage of AHNP, Kansui not only reduces bacterial numbers of the gut, but also draws the erdotoxin from peritoneal cavity (or blood ) to intestinal lumen excreting out of the body, so that this drug can be used to prevent and/or treat bacteria and endotoxin translocation in the early stage of AHNP. Endotoxin is harmful to host im-munologic function, but kansui has no adverse effect on the host.
