胆囊结石病的胆囊粘膜病变研究

作者应用组织化学和免疫组织化学技术,对95例连续收集的胆石病胆囊标本进行研究。结果发现,59例(62.1%)粘膜上皮出现化生,26例(27.4%)出现异型增生,化生和异型增生的发生率均随年龄增加而增高,50岁以上患者二者的发生率显著增高。作者认为,结石是引起胆囊粘膜上皮化生和异型增生的主要原因,50岁以上胆石病患者发生胆囊癌的危险性明显增高。

We studied 95 cases of gallbladder stones by means of histochemical and immunohistoche-mical methods. We found that 59 cases (62.1%) presented metaplasia and 26 cases (27.4%) presented dysplasia on gallbladder mucosa. The incidence of metaplasia and dysplasia increased with the age of the patient and especially when patient's age was over 50 years old. This study suggested that metaplasia and dysplasia of gallbladder epithelium were significantly related to gallstones, and the risk of gallbladder canceration was increased obviously when the age of patient with gall stone was over 50 years old.
