胆道复杂手术前后糖皮质激素受体的研究

STUDY ON GLUCOCORTICOID RECEPTORS IN PATIENTS WITH COMPLICATED BILIARY DISEAS BEFORE AND AFTER OPERATION

作者采用放射配体结合测定法,研究了17例胆道复杂手术前后外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体(GCR)的变化。结果显示:手术后患者白细胞GCR水平低于手术前术平。在受体水平上,对胆道复杂手术后合理应用糖皮质激素进行了讨论。

Glucocorticoid receptors (GCR) in peripheral leukocytes were studied by using radiologic binding assay in 17 patients with complicated biliary disease before and after operation. The results showed that leukocytes in postoperative patients contained significant lower levels of GCR than those in preoperative period. The rational of use of glucocorticoids in postoperative patients with complicated biliary operations was discussed in this paper.
