Level Observation on Flowing Forms and states of Erythrocytes in Capillary

作者应用微循环显微录像系统。对活体大白鼠肠系膜毛细血管内红细胞流变形态的平面观察,结果提示:红细胞流变形态的改变与其通过的血管管径大小有关;各种原因所致的红细胞变形能力降低,将导致严重的微循环障碍。

Using a system of photopaphing and recording microscope with colour TV, we took level observation on flowing forms and stater of the erythrocytes in the mesenteric capillary of live mice. The results showed that the changes of flowing forms and states were related to the size of blood vessel diameter to be passed by the erythrocytes. And the ex- periments also showed that the erythrocyte deformability in all cases reduced would lead to serious microcirculatory stasis.
