摘要
本文报告81例海洛因依赖者单用盐酸丁丙诺啡片,采用递减法戒毒的临床效果。结果表明,60例完成治疗过程,效果良好;21例脱试。平均住院7.3d,盐酸丁丙诺啡片人均用量27.1mg;含服后1h作用达高峰,维持6-8h。7d内快速递减后,戒断症状控制好,副作用小,使用方便,自身成瘾性潜力低,不失为戒毒良药。
81 cases of heroin addicts were treated only by buprenorphine hydrochlo-ride tablets(Bup)with the dosage decreasing gradually.The results were that 60 cases were detoxified; 21 cases dropped out during the test.The effective rate was 74 %.The mean duration of the addicts in hospital was 7.2 days; the mean dosage of Bup used per person was 27.1 mg.The efective peak appeared 1 hour later after Bup wsa taken and maintained 6-8 hours.By decreasing the doses of Bup quickly within 7 days,the abstinence syndromes were effectively controlled.The drug's adverse reaction and dependence potential were low.It was convenient to use.Therefore,Bup might be a good medicine for heroin detoxification.
