摘要
在实验室条件下系统地研究了C、Si两元素对用于制造玻璃模具的水平连铸灰铁型材的抗氧化、抗生长和耐热疲劳性能的影响。结果在明:C、Si两元素的影响具有相反的方向,综合分析比较后,确定了高碳和中等Si/C的成分设计原则,经拉铸Φ80连铸灰铁型材实测结果验证,其耐热性能较相同强度条件的砂铸灰铁有较大幅度的提高。
Under laboratory conditions the effect of C and Si on the heat resistant properties as regards to the resistant to the oxidation and growth at elevated temperature and the thermal fatigue property of horizontal continuous casting(HCC) grey iron bars,which was produced for dies of making glass appliance. have been studied. The result indecated that C and Si have the contrary effects. Base on the comprehensive analysis the composition design with high C and medium level of Si/C ratio was proposed. The HCC grey iron bar,80mm in dameter. then was produced and its heat resistant properties was tested. It was verified that its heat resistant properties had remarkably increased comparing with that of Sand casting grey iron of the same tensile strength level.
