Study on Properties of Reclamation Furnace Slay and It's Application to Air-setting Aluminium Phosphate Bonded Sand

借助正交实验法，研究了用再生炉炉渣作磷酸铝粘结剂自硬砂的硬化剂，并对加有硬化剂的型（芯）砂做了多种性能实验和生产实践，证明该砂具有好的工艺性能和低的成本，因此用再生炉炉渣硬化的自硬砂具有广阔的应用前途。

In the paper, the reclamation of cupola slag as the hardening agent of aluminium phosphate bonded sand have been studied by means of orthogonal experiments. Production experiments proved that the technlolgical property is good with low cost. So that the reclamation cupola slag as the hardening agent of aluminium phosphate bonded sand has prospects of popularization and application.
