摘要
目前我厂生产的13号铸钢车钩,强度较低,难以满足铁路运输的要求,采用合金化方法提高车钩强度和质量,以满足铁路运输的需要。在实验中,找到最佳合金含量和热处理方案提高合金的使用效果和铸件强度。
The No. 13 rollingstock hooks produced in our works at present are difficult to satisty the need of the railling transport for their low strength. Therefor, in order to meet the requirement,the alloying steel was choiced to rise the strength and the quility of rolling stock hooks. In the experiment, the authors try to find out the best alloying content and the heat treatment means.
