睾丸原发性恶性淋巴瘤——附10例报道

Primary malignant lymphoma of the testicle (a report of 10 cases)

目的报道 10例睾丸原发性恶性淋巴瘤，并分析其临床表现、形态学特征及免疫表型。方法采用 HE及免疫组织化学方法，对标本切片进行染色，显微镜观察分析。结果患者年龄为 38～ 76岁，中位年龄 56.25岁。临床表现主要为睾丸无痛性弥漫性肿大。病变部位：右侧 5例，左侧 4例，双侧 1例。组织学形态均为恶性弥漫性非霍奇金淋巴瘤，免疫表型 B细胞来源 9例， T细胞来源 1例。结论睾丸弥漫性无痛性肿大在中老年患者应考虑睾丸原发性恶性淋巴瘤的可能，最后确诊要依靠病理形态学及免疫组织化学来证实。

Objective To report a group of 10 cases of primary malignant lymphoma of the testicle and analyze their clinical manifestations,morphological features and immunophenotypes of the lymphoma.Methods HE and immunohistochemical techniques were applied.Slices were investigated at the light microscope level.Results The age range of the patients was 38 to 76 years old with a median age of 56.25.The main presenting symptom was testicular diffuse swelling.The involved testes were on the right side in 5 cases,left 4 cases and synchronously bilateral in 1 cases.Histologicallly,all cases were diffuse non－ Hodgkin lymphoma.9 cases were B and 1 case were T immunophenotype.Conclusion When a testicular diffuse painless swelling occurs in a patient with middle or old age,the possibility of lymphoma should be considered.The definite diagnosis of the disease depends on the pathological examination,and immunohistochemistry plays an important role in differential diagnosis.
