肾脏及输尿管先天性畸形的X线分析

Radiographic Analysis of Congenital Deformity of Kidney and Ureter

目的对肾、输尿管先天畸形的 X线表现进行分析，以提高诊断准确性。方法对 32例肾、输尿管先天畸形的 X线平片、静脉肾盂造影、逆行肾盂造影及 CT扫描影像表现进行回顾性研究。结果 32例中 22例为单侧畸形， 9例为两个部位的畸形， 1例为独肾。结论静脉肾盂造影是诊断本病的首选方法。

： Objective To analyse x－ ray characteristics of congenital deformity of kidney and ureter and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods The imagings of x－ ray plain film and intraveneous or retrograde pyelography and CT scanning from 32 cases of congenital deformity of kindey and ureter were studied retrospectively.Results 22 of the 32 cases(68.75％ ) were unilateral deformity,9 of the 32 cases (28.13％ )were congenital deformity in two situs.1 case (3.13％ )was solitary kidney.Conclusion Intraveneous and retrograde pyelography were the first choice methods for the diagnosis of congenital deformity of kidney and ureter.
