摘要 目的提高对肾乳头钙斑诊治效果。方法回顾总结 1991~ 1999年在手术中通过肾镜发现肾乳头钙斑诊治情况。结果肾乳头钙斑与肾乳头粘连紧密,无法取出,做病理检查,证实在肾乳头上有微小结石存在。 1例合并肾盂结石。 1例合并肾盂与输尿管移行部狭窄。 2例局部肾盏扩张。术前均表现典型肾绞痛合并血尿。 B超为典型结石影像,出现强光团、合并声影。 CT示致密阴影 ,CT值大于 300HU。结论肾乳头钙化斑与肾盏内结石术前鉴别比较困难,由于治疗方法不同,对于高度怀疑肾乳头钙斑的病例,可行输尿管肾镜检查,同时取病理。 : Objective To improve diagnosis and treatment effects of Renal papilla calcification.Methods 5 cases of renal papilla calcification confirmed by operation from 1991 to 1999 were reviewed retrospectively.Results Ureteropyeloscapy found that renal papilla calcification closely adhered to the renal papilla and couldn't be taken out.Microstones were conformed in the renal papilla by pathology.The disease often has complication,including pyelolithiasis(n=1),stricture at ureteropelvic junction(n=1),partial pyelectasia(n=2).Ultrasonic examination showed high- level echo spots with acoustic shadows. CT features were hyper- density shadows.Conclusion There are some difficulty in differetiating renal papila calcification from kidney stone.Thus,the case that is suspected renal papilla calcification should be done ureteropyeloscopy and biopsy.
