摘要
目的 探索单纯性肥胖儿童饮食模式的合理性。 方法 以总热能为 12 0 0~ 16 0 0kcal/d ,三餐热能中总热能的百分比为 2 5 %、40 %、35 % ,高蛋白、适量脂肪和碳水化合物为饮食模式。总热能逐渐降低 ,用 1个月时间过渡到制订的正规方案。治疗和随访 46例肥胖儿。 结果 46例肥胖儿随访 2 2例 6个月 (平均每人 5 9个月 ) ,肥胖度由 5 1%降至 2 9%。平均身高增加 3 1cm。治疗后平均总热能为 1413kcal/d ,三大营养素占总热能的百分比为蛋白质 2 1% ,脂肪为 44 % ,碳水化合物为 35 % ,平均三餐热能分配 36 2kcal(2 6 % )、5 77kcal(41% )、47kcal(33% )。 结论 治疗单纯性肥胖儿不应过分降低总热能的摄入 ,应提高早中餐的质和量 ,降低晚餐的热能摄入。以高蛋白、适量脂肪、碳水化合物为合理饮食模式。
Objective Design a diet model for treatment of simple obseisty in children. Methods Total calorie intake was controlled from 1 200 to 1 600 kcal per day based on children's age and weight.25%、40%、35% of total calorie were distributed in breakfast,lunch and dinner composed by high protein,proper fat,low carbohydrate diet.At the same time,we set up a follow up schedule regularly. Results 46 obesity decreased from 51% to 29%,howerver man their height increased 3.1 cm per person during this period. Conclusions Our diet model is reasonable for treatment of simple obese children,while one high protein,proper fat,low carbohydrate diet and appropriate total calorie intake.
