摘要
目的 研究促进骨矿化的药物钙剂和维生素D对骨密度 (BMD)的影响。 方法 选取 196例中老年骨质疏松患者随机分为两组 ,一组口服钙尔奇D每日 1粒加维生素D32 0 0IU ,并指导多食含钙高的食物和接受日光照射。另一组单纯指导多食含钙高的食物和接受日光照射。治疗前后使用双能X线骨密度仪测量腰椎BMD ,并观察不良反应。 结果 6个月后治疗组较治疗前BMD平均增加 1.9% ,与治疗前比较差别有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。而对照组较治疗前BMD减少0 .3% ,治疗前后无明显差别。两组比较治疗前后BMD变化显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。 结论 钙尔奇D加低剂量维生素D有明显增加BMD作用。
Objdctive To stady the effect on BMD by using elerating Bone miner absorbing drugs included caltrate with vitamin D tablets and activating viaminD Methods All 196 patients included middle and aged osteoporosis were divided into two groups randomly.One group was given caltrate with vitamin D Tablets pws activating vitaminD 200 IU every day and high caltrate food and received sun bath.The other was given only high caltrate food and receivecl sun bath.applying DEVA measared lurbar BcuD. Results The BMD of for study was up abort 1.9% and that of control group was down about 0.3% The difference of BMD between the two groups was significant ( P <0.05) No patients had prominent side effects Conclusion Caltrate with vitamin D tablets pws low dose activating vitD may enhance BMD and also may choose as prevented and therapied original osteoporosis calcium supplement
