该文通过对辽宁省ＣＴ配置现状及利用水平的调查分析认为，全省ＣＴ配置水平较高，但质量不高，二手货较多，利用水平与卫生机构级别呈正比，并提出全省ＣＴ等大型医疗设备优化配置的措施和建议。

This paper analyzed the current situation of allocation and utilization of CT in Liaoning province. It was thought that there were mostly secondhand equipments with poor quality. Countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing allocation and utilization for CT and other high - tech medical equipments aiming at existing problems were put forward.
