住院构成前10位病种医疗费用的Logistic分析

Logistic analysis of the medical fees of the top 10 diseases in rank order of inpatient proportions

该文以某三级甲等医院 １９９７年住院构成前 １０位病种的病例为样本，采用 Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析方法，对出院病例医疗费用进行分析。结果表明，公费劳保、年龄大、急危入院、抢救、手术、院内感染、好转治愈等因素是住院医疗费用超标的危险因素。控制医疗费用不合理增长应当制订单病种医疗费用标准，实施单病种医疗费用控制，防止单病种医疗费用超标的危险因素发生。

This paper selected the top 10 diseases in rank order of inpatient proportions in a grade A ternary hospital in 1997 as example, and used the logistic regression analysis to study the related factors of medical fees. Results indicated that inpatient medical fees were influenced by factors of free of charge and labor insurance, old age, urgent and critical diseases .salvage .operation .infection in hospital .improvement and recovery. In order to control the irrational increase of medical fees the author put forward suggestions as follows: formulate the standard of medical fees of disease - specific, actualize the control of medical fees of disease - specific, and prevent the occurrence of related factors of medical fees.
