摘要
本实验应用免疫组织化学方法对12只犬急性冠脉阻断60及90分钟后心肌肌红蛋白变化情况进行了研究.结果表明心肌缺血60分钟已有明显的肌红蛋白脱失,比相应H、E 染色切片更易辨认缺血灶,在H、E 染色改变不明显的区域,免疫组织化学染色已显示出肌红蛋白的缺失.冠脉阻断90分钟时,缺血区肌红蛋白缺失更加清晰,因此该方法可用于诊断早期心肌缺血,结果可靠.
Myocardial myoglobin was studied immunohi stochemically in 12 dogs by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery.The results showed a definite myoglobin loss from ischemic area follow-ing coronary occlusion for 60 min and 90 min. By comparison of immunoperoxidase staining with concomitant study of light microscope, depleties of myoglobin indicating myocardial ischemic lesion was demonstrated, while ischemic but not necrotic fibers stained relatively normally with eosin-hematoxylin. These findings suggested that immu-noperoxidase staining of myocardial myoglobin be used to detect early myocardial ischemic lesion.
