p16 Gene Expression in Wilms Tumors

目的 探讨p16基因表达产物 p16在Wilms瘤中的表达及其与病理分型和临床分期间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学S -P方法常规进行染色。结果 5 2例Wilms瘤中 ,p16表达阳性在预后好的病理分型和预后差的病理分型分别为 37.2 %、0 % ,两组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。p16阳性表达在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期分别为 91%、6 0 %、40 %、6 .6 7%。 4期间比较 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 p16蛋白表达与病理分型及临床分期有关 。

Objective To investigate the p16 gene expression and its relationship with pathological type and clinical stage.Methods Fifty four Wilms tumors specimen were stained by S-P immunohistochemical method routinely.Results Positive expression rate of p16 gene were 37.2% (16/43) and 0% (0/9) in favorable pathological type and unfavorable pathological type respectively,and there was significant correlation between the two groups ( P <0.05).Positive expression rate of p16 gene were 91% (10/11),60% (3/5),40% (2/5) 6.67% (1/15) in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ clinical stage respectively,there was significant correlation among the four groups.Conclusion Positive expression of p16 gene is significantly correlated with pathological type and clinical stage,p16 inactivation is the later event of this tumor progression.
