摘要
目的 探讨低浓度NO吸入对感染性休克并发ARDS的治疗价值。方法 17例感染性休克并发ARDS患者行机械通气 ,Swan -Ganz导管检查 ,观察吸入低浓度一氧化氮 (10 ppm)前后氧合功能的变化。 结果 吸入NO后 ,动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度及血氧分压 /吸氧浓度比值皆显著上升 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;肺内分流率显著下降(P <0 .0 0 1)。
Objective To evaluate the effects of oxygenation of nitric oxide (NO) inhalation on patients of septic shock complicated with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS).Methods Seventeen patients with septic shock complicated with ARDS underwent mechanical ventilation and Swan-Ganz catheterization.Parameters of oxygenation were examined before and after inhalation of 10-PPM gas of nitric oxide.Results After inhaling NO,PaO 2、SaO 2、PaO 2/FiO 2 increased respectively ( P <0.001),while Qs/Qt significantly decreased ( P <0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of septic shock complicated with ARDS,inhalation of NO has good effects on oxygenation.
