小鼠耳廓肿瘤生长时微循环的变化 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用小鼠耳廓接种S-180肿瘤细胞的方法观察肿瘤生长时微循环的变化.以探讨肿瘤生长与微循环的关系。小鼠耳廓中央注入S-180肿瘤细胞悬液5μl约15×10^5个肿瘤细胞,接种后24小时血管径明显增丈,血管数量明显增多,血管走行迂曲。植入后3~15天,肿瘤结节明显增大,结节边缘毛细血管增多、直径增大.血管迂曲,结节中央血管稀少。可见有坏死的组织。表明肿瘤结节的生长可以刺激周围毛细血管的增生。 The mouse auricle was implanted with S—180 tumor cells at a dose of 15×10~5 tumor cells 5μl, The auricle microcirculation was obviously changed on day 1 and 3 after transplantation. The number of capillaries were increased. The arterioles and venules showed dilatation. The shape of venules became very tortuous. On day 3~15 transplantion, the dameter of tumor nodules increased apparently. While the unmber of capillaries in the tumor was reduced and tissues necrosis was seen in the center of tumor nodules. The results showed that the increased capillaries were stimulated by the growing tumor ceils,
